Banner Day in BC Part 2

Enroute from Liard Hot Springs to Watson Lake in the Yukon, we saw a half dozen black bear along the road. We stopped to take pictures of the first four, then I had to tell Margareta no more stopping unless it was for a Grizzly! We had enough black bear pictures and we'd never get to the Yukon tonight ;) LOL!!! She was having such a great time seeing them all :)

And they were fun to watch :)

Almost to Watson Lake, we came across this herd of Wood Bison. Just lounging along the roadside.

They are certainly formidable animals!

And not expecting this, but a group of wild horses. Margareta thinks they may belong to the First Nation Indians, that let there horses roam free.

I loved this little one :)

We finally made it to our destination and checked into an RV Park with Wifi. It's time to rest up and catch up on laundry and blog posts.

Today, we're off to visit and make our mark at the Signpost Forrest. Then, it's time for Margareta and I to say our cya laters as we travel off in opposite directions for the rest of the summer.
